As part of the Pathways learning experience, members completing Levels 3, 4 and 5 are required to deliver presentations from the Toastmasters Education Series.
Pathways Requirements
These presentations normally take 10–15 minutes and provide valuable information that benefits both the presenter and the club. Each presentation should have an assigned evaluator. An evaluation guide is included near the end of each presentation manual.
Level 3
Deliver one of the following presentations from the Successful Club Series:
- Creating the Best Club Climate
- Meeting Roles and Responsibilities
- Keeping the Commitment
- Going Beyond Our Club
Level 4
Deliver one of the following presentations from the Successful Club Series:
- Finding New Members for Your Club
- Closing the Sale
- How to Be a Distinguished Club
- The Toastmasters Educational Program
You must also deliver one presentation from the Better Speaker Series.
Level 5
Deliver one of the following presentations from the Successful Club Series:
- Moments of Truth
- Evaluate to Motivate
- Mentoring
You must also deliver one presentation from the Leadership Excellence Series.
The Successful Club Series
The Successful Club Series focuses on creating strong, welcoming and successful Toastmasters clubs. These presentations cover club meetings, membership, mentoring, evaluations and the Distinguished Club Program.
The Better Speaker Series
The Better Speaker Series provides practical advice for preparing, organizing and delivering effective speeches. These presentations are useful for both new and experienced speakers.
The Leadership Excellence Series
The Leadership Excellence Series helps members develop practical leadership skills that can be used inside and outside Toastmasters.
